CIRCUITO DE NAVARRA

LAST INSTRUCTIONS

After a whole year, we finally return to Navarra! And as always when we do it, we are not only going to enjoy one of the most interesting tracks in Europe, but we are going to do it in a spectacular company, yours!

Trackday with advanced-expert pilots from all over Europe, an eye-catching list of vehicles, dinner on Saturday, brand new asphalt, what more could you ask for? Ah yes, it seems that once again, our gods are going to give us good weather.

Open track day, morning and afternoon with 20 participants and all of them back home, tired and smiling.

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to pass and give you the necessary information so that you can enjoy your experience to the fullest, please read everything carefully.

GUESTS

In the link below, you can register your guests, spectators, mechanics, second drivers and co-drivers. You have until Friday at 1:00 p.m. to do it.

Given the reduced number of participants that we will be, your guests will be able to access the circuit in your car without having to be on the list at the gate, or giving your name and box number if they come separately.

Remember that the price of insurance for your co-pilots or second riders is 30€ and 40€ respectively, and that after the deadline for guest registration (Friday at 13:00) it will cost 40€ and 50€.

TIMETABLE

SATURDAY

On Saturday 06, we will be at the Circuit from 16:00 to 20:00 approximately, preparing the things of the organization and receiving those who are arriving and want to unload cars and / or settle in your box.

On the other hand, starting at 21:00 at the hotel restaurant Casa Luisa where some of us are also staying, we have dinner in which we will be more than 20 diners! Here is the menu

We hope to spend one of those evenings in which good food and conversations about the topics that interest us so much are mixed, gasoline, curves, lines…

SUNDAY

On Sunday you will be able to access the paddock of the circuit from 07:30 and start setting up in your boxes.

Then go to the box where the organization table will be, to make the accreditations of yourselves and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, bracelets, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

Once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event, the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING will be held, remember that you will NOT be able to access the track without having attended the briefing.

At 09:00 a.m. the track opens and we will begin with a SHAKEDOWN of 15 minutes for each group, driving it will be under yellow flags and it will help everyone, but in particular so that those who do not know the circuit can ride at a moderate pace and get to the track or the car without the burden of being a hindrance to the others. the rest.

It will also help to avoid crowding of vehicles to enter the track once the open track session begins.

At 09:30 the morning session will start in open track format. If we see that the limit of 10/12 vehicles on track to which we must adapt is a problem, we would have to move to a format of 30-minute runs separated into 2 groups, Sport and Sport. Strike. In any case, this will take us until 12:30, when the Fast Series will take place.

So we will arrive at 13:00 when the track closes for lunch until 14:00, and when we will also take the opportunity to make the Photo-Rolling and the family photo.

At 14:00, we will return to the load with another session in OpenPit format of 4 HOURS! That will last until 18:00 when the event will conclude and we will go back home with a lot of tiredness and a big smile on our faces.

We hope that Sunday arrives with a double desire and enthusiasm, because as much as our obligations allow us, we want to be on the track sharing this day with you.

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a large margin over the total occupancy authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 35 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem you will we will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.
