After a fantastic year in which you have joined us in 12 events on 5 different tracks and which we hope is just the warm-up for a 2023 in which we can give you more and better, the Season Finale arrives, the perfect closing on our favorite track.

40 participants for a spectacular day at Parcmotor and for almost half that will come from shooting on Friday at the Circuit de Catalunya, it will be the second part of a truly luxurious weekend.

For many reasons, the drivers, the cars, the atmosphere, a unique day that we hope will give you the satisfaction you deserve as a reward for your eagerness to participate.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Then, here is a summary of information about the development of the day that will help you enjoy this iconic track and your cars even more.

We forward you that all the additional services listed below are available here and that in the case of contracting more than one you can pay for them all together on the shoping cart.

GUESTS

In the link below, you can register your guests, spectators, mechanics, second drivers and co-drivers. You have until Thursday at 1:00 p.m. to do so.

REGISTER GUESTS

Remember that the price of the insurance for your co-drivers or second drivers is €20, and that once the guest registration period has passed (Thursday at 1:00 p.m.) its cost will become €30.

If you already included them when registering, you will receive a code by email to be able to register their data without having to pay again.

Both in this case and in that of the spectators and mechanics, in order for the registration of these guests to be completed and to be included in the list, it is necessary to finalize the purchase in the cart, rest assured that there is no cost.

TIMETABLE

On Friday 2 you will be able to access the circuit paddock and your box to leave vehicles, trailers and others from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be over night security, so if for any reason you are going to arrive later than 8:00 p.m., please let us know so that we can give the pertinent instructions and facilitate your access.

On Saturday the 3rd you will be able to access the paddock of the circuit from 07:00 and begin to settle in the boxes for those of you who have one assigned or in the corresponding paddock area for the rest.

Then go to box 3 where the organization table will be to accredit yourself and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, wristbands, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

Once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event, the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING will be held, in which you will be given a second bracelet that will certify your attendance and without which the commissioners will not let you access the track driving a vehicle .

From the opening of the track, we will start with a 15-minute session as a Shackedown so that those who do not know the track can explore it calmly and then Photo-Rolling.

And the big moment arrives with the action beginning on the track. We will start with 30 minute stints in 2 groups organized by time/performance. Sport Group the most moderate pace and Strike Group, the fastest. So throughout the morning, 3 batches for Strike and 3 for Sport.

To end the morning session and as long as those who love setting good times have the opportunity to ride to the limit, our well-known Fast Series will be held, which will be two of 15 minutes or one of 20 minutes, depending on the number of interested parties. participate in them.

And after lunch, we will return to the track with an open track session that will leave everyone satiated on the track and ready to go home exhausted and with a big smile.

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

THE SOUND LIMIT FOR CARS IS 95DB AT 3,000RPMS AND THE TRACK IS CARRYING OUT SOUND CONTROLS BEFORE ACCESSING THE TRACK!

If you have not contracted the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do so. The Photo Pack for €20 with all your track photos, the price of which, as well as the co-driver/second driver insurance, from Thursday at 1:00 p.m. goes from €20 to €30.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 30 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will We will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

COACHING

We have several types of Coaching service through which our instructor will get in your car with you and will help you get to know the circuit and improve your driving. REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Area del Bruc (Repsol), on the A2 about 7 kilometers coming from Martorell.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
