LAST INSTRUCTIONS

First of all, once again this year, we would like to thank you for your fantastic response to the Clubs Daywhich aims to bring you closer to the circuit in a slightly more fun and different way, and so, this Wednesday at Parcmotor Castellolí we will be able to enjoy our favorite track in fantastic conditions.

Morning of group runs, starting with almost 20 Alfa Romeo that will come to open track by the hand of the Alfistas Sport Club, the variety of Trackrat runs, Initiation, a spectacle that will also be seen on track with less than 22 cars rolling together. And in the afternoon, a 3.5 hour open track session with only 30 cars will leave you with enough track time for a while.

In the link below, you can register your guests, spectators, mechanics, second drivers and co-drivers. You have until Tuesday at 09:00 to do so.

Please be sure to register everyone accompanying you to the event so that there are no access problems, as the event will be closed to the public and you and your companions must be on the list at the entrance to gain access to the circuit.

For the guest’s registration to be completed, and to be included in the list, it is necessary to complete the purchase in the shopping cart, but don’t worry, it is free of charge.

In this event, apart from co-drivers/second drivers, there will be a maximum of 3 guests per participant.

Remember that the price of insurance for your co-pilots or second riders is 20€, and that after the deadline for guest registration (Tuesday at 09:00) it will cost 30€.

TIMETABLE

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to unfold and what you should do when to make the most of your tandera experience.

On Wednesday the first to arrive should be the Alfa Romeo, which will be on track from 9 to 10, and for which there will be a separate briefing. They will have a very nice moment of great prominence, because as they enter the paddock, they must go to park the cars on the finish line to take pictures on the grid as each year corresponds to a group.

During the rest of the time, they will be located at the fence adjacent to the pit building.

Access to the circuit paddock will be available from 07:30 and you will be able to start installing yourselves in the boxes if you have one assigned or in the corresponding area of the paddock for the rest of you.

Those who have 4 runs, Full Day or Open Track are all assigned a box seat. The pit distribution is published below.

Box number 14, the last one, has been assigned to the LSD Engineering Motorsport School, who will come with their students to do an end-of-course test.

Initiation will be in the paddock area next to the stairs leading to the roof, where the room used for the theory class is located, the same as the briefing.

And for the rest of the paddock will be located the different tanderos clans as you can see in the attached map.

Anyone who needs to leave things that may bother them in the car while on the track can do so in the Organization’s box.

Then go to BOX 3 where the organization’s table will be located to accredit yourselves and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, wristbands, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

Once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event will be held the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING, remember that you can NOT access the track without having attended the briefing.

In the case of Initiation, the Theoretical talk that starts at 10:10 a.m. replaces the briefing, so you can arrive a little later.

After the general briefing, the big moment arrives and the action begins on track with the Trackrat, Strike and Sport Tandas, followed by the Initiation Tandas.

At 14:00 to finish the morning session, first the Photo Rolling, with which those of you who have chosen this option will have incredible images on the track and finally, so that the most lovers of setting good times have the opportunity to ride at the limit, will be held our already known FAST SERIESThe first 15-minute race, in which those who have set the 10 best times during the morning will participate.

We will finish the day with another briefing at 14:00 for those who directly join the 3.5 hours track session from 14:30 to 18:00 and then we will go back home fully satiated of the track.

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

THE SOUND LIMIT FOR CARS IS 95DB AT 3,000RPMS AND THE TRACK IS CARRYING OUT SOUND CONTROLS BEFORE ACCESSING THE TRACK!

If you have not contracted the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do so. The Photo Track Pack for 30€ with all your track photos, whose price, as well as the co-driver/second driver insurance, from Saturday at 13:00 will go from 30€ to 50€.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 30 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will We will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full Day or Open Track sessions, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included in the registration fee until availability is exhausted.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

RESTAURANT

The circuit’s restaurant, located in the outdoor parking lot, will be open all day and you will be able to buy drinks, snacks and lunch menus.

REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Area del Bruc (Repsol), on the A2 about 7 kilometers coming from Martorell.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

At the organization’s box you will have available license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the
