Also keep in mind that, as up to now, by having a waiting list, any withdrawal has been very easy to solve without major consequences for the affected party, from here on, if you find yourself unable to attend, we may not find you in time a substitute that covers you and thus lose part or all of the registration money.

Conditions for canceling reservations for this event Deposit Return Change of reservation holder
Up to 60 days before the celebration of the event. The total of the reserve is kept in deposit for use for one year. Refund of the total reservation minus €5. No cost.

Our two accommodation recommendations at Motorland Aragón are theApartamentos Las Eras and the Hotel Villa Monter.

Apartamentos Las Eras

In Castelseras, 10/15 minutes from the circuit, they have three sets of apartments of various sizes, modern, and fully equipped that, in combination with the “Bielas y Pistones” restaurant, offer quality accommodation that is at the same time homely and complete. The prices are very affordable, especially for groups.

Limited indoor parking, you can park on the street without problem, very quiet area. If you go with a trailer, although there are solutions for this, we recommend that you first go to the circuit to leave it.

Accommodation is available with breakfast and dinner.

Hotel Villa Monter

Located on the outskirts of Alcañiz in the area closest to the circuit and just 5/8 minutes from it.

For those who prefer a more classic format of accommodation, this remodeled old farmhouse offers charm and sobriety, unfortunately due to a staffing problem (chef on leave) its excellent restaurant service will not be available but there will be dinner both nights at Las Eras , which is just 10 minutes away. It has private open-air parking, very practical for trailers and a swimming pool.

BARCELONA ACCOMMODATION

For the trackday in Barcelona you have accommodation available at the Hotel Augusta Vallés, a magnificent establishment very close to the circuit, with ample parking and which has had the courtesy to offer a sensational rate for you.

To make a reservation, it is as simple as going to their website, inserting the code TRACKRAT23, the dates of the stay and clicking on “CONSULT”, and from there follow the steps of the reservation process.

Those of you who arrive early on Saturday or who have also come to the Motorland trackday, if you want to fill the time in a fantastic way, on December 1st and 2nd it is held at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit on CER and we are in talks with both the organization and the track to be able to facilitate access and parking if you want to come and enjoy the races.
