What is the Memorial?
One more year we are going to remember our dear companion Miguel while we do what he would most like to be able to do if he were still with us.
A member of that great family that is the Perolo Racing Team, Miguel, like many of us, was an all life long petrolhead and only when he was already in his forties was he finally able to fulfill his dream of driving on the trackt, he did it with us in Calafat , in September 2018.
Unfortunately, he was only able to do 3 laps with his Seat Leon 1.8T and a problem with the turbo put him out of action, but his joy at having been able to drive even those three laps was immense.
He registered for one of our following events in Calafat, in February 2019 and, excited as he was to be able to finish off his premiere, two weeks before trackday, in a tragic work accident when a construction crane that he was disassembling collapsed, he died.
And it is since then that the Trackday that we celebrate every winter ceased to be that, a trackday, to become the Miguel Martinez Memorial, an event in which we remember Miguel together with his two families, but we do it with the joy of seeing him fulfill a dream, and something that we are sometimes not aware of, that while you can, you should.
An event in which we vindicate the effort that many humble trackday drivers have to make to be able to go to the track, and for this reason, once again we do what no one else does, we limit registration with a unique requirement in the world of trackdays in this country. No one can participate if they drive faster than a reference time, which makes this day a special day when the time table changes stars and fun is guaranteed for everyone.
On trackdays it is very important that there is space for everyone and that drivers with different driving styles and rhythms and different levels of performance in their vehicles know how to coexist on the track.
But at Trackrat Club we love you all so much, that if for whatever reason you are not normally at the top of the table, once a year we do what no one else does and we give you the opportunity to be the kings of the track, limiting the possibility of registering to a trackday through a lap time requirement.
And so, after exhaustive scientific research, we have determined that the cut-off time to be able to participate in this trackday is 2:08*. In other words, no one should roll faster than that laptime.

A trackday in which with 2:08 you are the fastest and considering that in the morning it will also be two groups separated by times, it will give many the opportunity to feel faster than ever!
If you are there, if you move in this range of the table, you cannot miss this opportunity to enjoy as you can never do!
INITIATION
And for those of you who haven’t taken the plunge yet, but want to, the best possible option is the Initiation Sessions!
Previous theory with an instructor, a super-reduced group made up only of “first-timers” and 2 30-minute sessions so that your contact with the track is in the best conditions.
*The time limit per lap does not affect the Initiation Series.
OUTLINE OF THE DAY
From Trackrat Club we continually look for a way for the participants in our events to get even the last drop of satisfaction out of their day on the track, taking it to the fast-paced rhythm of the FAST SERIES and the illusion to obtain those unique images of the Photo-Rolling concluding the morning session.
FAST SERIES
The Fast Series give drivers who want so, the opportunity to seek their limits and fight against the clock in the best possible conditions.
At noon, the fastest 10 drivers during the morning will take to the track in order from fastest to least, so that they will have a session where they can step on the accelerator without interruptions and fight to beat your own records without risk of finding traffic.
Photography
With both the Photo-Rolling and the Photo Pack you can relive and show your best moments frozen in time by one of the most well-known Motorsport photographers in Europe: our resident sniper, Marcus.
Rolling
Photo-Rolling is the great moment of images, we put our photographer on the track inside a vehicle followed by those participants who have purchased the corresponding photo pack and the result speaks for itself.
Coaching
Training has a very important place in our events, with the possibility of contracting the coaching service, with which one of our instructors will get in the car with you while you drive and will even analyze the telemetry to help you optimize your experience. The safety of each pilot and that of the group grows exponentially.
With our mandatory briefing, the limitation of the number of places and the selection of the participants, it means that when driving with us the interruptions are minimal and those who choose us to enjoy their passion, whatever their motivation when going to the circuit, they know that with Trackrat they will return home with their objectives fulfilled and as whole as they arrived at the circuit.
Track

Accommodation
To facilitate participation in our events for those who need to travel and spend the night out, we always have accommodation options to offer to our drivers.
Quality, proximity to the circuits, availability and normally negotiated rates with which this section is a pure formality instead of a concern.
Our two accommodation recommendations at Parcmotor Castellolí are the Montserrat Hotel and the Hilton Barcelona Golf Hotel.
Montserrat Hotel
In Collbató, 10/15 minutes from the circuit, it has two categories of rooms: standard and superior, in a price range that can be very economical.
Indoor open-air parking, where you can access with a trailer.
Although accommodation with breakfast is available, there is no restaurant service for dinner, although it is easy to find good restaurants in the area.
Once on the circuit, in the outdoor parking you will have a bar/restaurant service, with coffee and sandwiches and a self-service menu for lunch at the price of € 15.
