LAST INSTRUCTIONS

One more year and that makes 8, we celebrate the anniversary of Trackrat Club in Parcmotor Castellolí. This time it will be a rather intimate event with the participation of 30/40 vehicles and their drivers, who will undoubtedly enjoy this day as it deserves.

 

We take this opportunity to remind you that on Sunday September 18 we will be once again in Parcmotor Castellolí and there are still places available. You can book HERE. And also that the Gran Trackday at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on December 2 is underway , a rare opportunity to enjoy a track as iconic as this one, as we are the only national organizers who dare to hold full-day events on it. GUESTS

In the link below, you can register your guests, spectators, mechanics, second drivers and co-drivers. You have until Saturday at 1:00 p.m. to do it.

REGISTER GUESTS

Please, make sure to register everyone who accompanies you to the event to avoid access problems. You and your guests must be on the entry list of the track.

Remember that the price of the insurance for your co-drivers or second drivers is €20, and that once the guest registration period has passed (Friday at 1:00 p.m.) it will cost €30.

TIMETABLE

On Sunday, July 17, you will be able to access the paddock of the circuit from 07:00 and begin to install yourselves in the boxes those who have one assigned or in the corresponding paddock area for the rest.

Then go to box 3 where the organization table will be to accredit yourself and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, wristbands, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

Once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event, the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING will be held, remember that you will NOT be able to access the track without having attended the briefing.

At 09:00, after the briefing, the beginners will go to receive their theoretical class and the others will go to the track in their corresponding rounds. During the morning and until 11:55 a.m. there will be laps of 25 minutes, from 12:15 to 12:30 we will do the Photo Rolling and from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.the T6 will have 3 HOURS of Open Pit to finish enjoying their time on the track.

To finish off the morning we will have 20 minutes of Fast Series and at 12:30 we will proceed to celebrate the social events of the Anniversary, with the Annual Awards of the Circuit Rats and the Lap Challenge 2022!

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

THE SOUND LIMIT FOR CARS IS 95DB AT 3,000RPMS AND THE TRACK IS CARRYING OUT SOUND CONTROLS BEFORE ACCESSING THE TRACK!

If you have not contracted the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do so. The Photo Pack for €20 with all your track photos, whose price, like the co-driver/second driverinsurance, from Saturday at 1:00 p.m., goes from €20 at €30.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 30 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will We will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session (in this case T6) and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included in the registration fee until availability is exhausted.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

Here you have the menu available for Sunday at the restaurant of the circuit that is located in the outdoor parking lot.

REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Area del Bruc (Repsol), on the A2 about 7 kilometers coming from Martorell.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
