LAST INSTRUCTIONS

This Sunday we have a classic of our trackdays, a “Back to the Track”, which will have in common with all the other trackdays we organize that we will have a great time sharing our passion but this Sunday promises a lot.

What will be different is that since the number of participants will be quite small, we will eliminate a good part of the morning group runs and the main format will be Open Pit, so everyone will enjoy the same track time but we will finish the trackday earlier.

We truly hope and believe that you will have the time of your lives, or speaking of Trackrat, the time of your lives?

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to go and give you the necessary information so that you can enjoy your experience to the fullest. Please read everything carefully before asking us any questions.

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet. Helmets will be available for rent at the organization’s box, but be sure to reserve them in advance to ensure availability.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

THE SOUND LIMIT FOR CARS IS 95DB AT 3,000RPMS AND THE TRACK IS CARRYING OUT SOUND CONTROLS BEFORE ACCESSING THE TRACK!

TIMETABLE

FRIDAY

On Saturday we are not scheduled to be at the circuit to receive participants, but there is the possibility to pay for a boarding fee and the circuit will allow you to leave your vehicles or trailers in your assigned box or in the Paddock 2 wharehouse so that you can leave your vehicles or trailers there.

SATURDAY

TRACK ARRIVAL

On the day of the event, you will be able to access the circuit paddock from 08:00 and start setting up in the boxes for those of you who have one assigned or in the corresponding paddock area for the rest of you.

Then go to box 3 where the organization table will be to accredit yourself and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, wristbands, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the right.

A compressor and mechanical assistance are available in the adjacent box – assistance, not miracles!

BRIEFING

once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event will be held the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING, remember that you can NOT access the track without having attended the briefing.

TRACK OPENING

And the big moment arrives with the action beginning on the track. As indicated in the schedule, we will start with a 30 minute run in 2 groups organized by time/performance. Sport group the most moderate pace and Strike group, the fastest.

After these two entries, we will finish the day with open track to return home fully satiated with track.

If you have not contracted the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do so. The Photo Pack for 30€ with all your track photos and 50€ including the Photo Rolling.

As well as the co-pilot/second pilot insurance , from today at 21:00 the price increases from 50€ to 70€ respectively.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 30 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will We will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Area del Bruc (Repsol), on the A2 about 7 kilometers coming from Martorell.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
