The formation of an exclusive group for initiation will be subject to a minimum number of participants registered in this modality, which will always be at the discretion of the organization.
If this minimum is not reached, alternatives will be offered to the participants, failing that, a refund of payment.

Up to 60 days before the celebration of the event. The total of the reserve is kept in deposit for use for one year. Refund of the total reservation minus €5. No cost.
Up to 15 days before the celebration of the event. The total of the reservation is kept in deposit for use during the following 2 events. Refund of the total reservation minus 15%. No cost.
Up to 5 days before the celebration of the event. 50% of the total reservation is kept on deposit for use in the next event. No refund of the reservation. Cost €20.
Less than 5 days before the celebration of the. event Loss of the total of the reservation. No refund of the reservation. Cost €50.
