Well, here we are, we the tanderos being the opening act of a day of competition!

So let’s enjoy it doubly. We hope that Saturday will be a truly memorable day and that this experience will be one that all parties involved will want to repeat.

GUESTS

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet. Helmets will be available for rent at the organization’s box, but be sure to reserve them in advance to ensure availability.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

TIMETABLE

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to unfold and what you should do when to make the most of your tandera experience.

FRIDAY

The afternoon/evening before the event , those of you who need it, will be able to access the circuit to leave trailers in the paddock and cars in the pits. If you are going to arrive later than8:00 p.m., please let us know so that we can coordinate your arrival with the circuit’s security personnel.

SATURDAY

TRACK ARRIVAL

On the day of the event, you will be able to access the circuit paddock from 08:00 and start setting up in the boxes for those of you who have one assigned or in the corresponding paddock area for the rest of you.

Then go to the box where the organization table will be, to make the accreditations of yourselves and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, bracelets, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the right.

A compressor and mechanical assistance are available in the adjacent box assistance, not miracles!

BRIEFING

once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event will be held the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING, remember that you can NOT access the track without having attended the briefing.

TRACK OPENING

And the big moment arrives with the action beginning on the track.
For everything to go as smoothly as possible, it is very important that you are punctually at the start of the session in the pitlane and you can take advantage of the first lap of each session, which will be done with yellow flags to give everyone the opportunity, especially those who have never been to Motorland, to get situated and discover the track without stress.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE

If you have not hired the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do it for the best price. The Track Pack of Photos for 30€ with all your track photos, whose price, as well as the co-driver/second pilot insurance , goes from 30€ to 50€ and the PHOTO ROLLING for 20€ more in which if you do not book in advance you will not be able to participate.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

At Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will change you to the one that best suits you.

In this case, as it is a Tandas format event, the distribution is based on the Tandas you have reserved.

ALOJAMIENTO Y CENA

As always when we come to Motorland, the accommodation for most of us and the dinner before the trackday, is in “Apartamentos Las Eras“, in Castelseras, about 15 minutes from the circuit. in Castelseras, about 15 minutes from the circuit.

Dinner will be at 21:00 at the restaurant La Nevera, also in Castelseras.

Apartamentos Las Eras

In Castelseras, 10/15 minutes from the circuit, they have three sets of apartments of various sizes, modern, and fully equipped that, in combination with the “Bielas y Pistones” restaurant, offer quality accommodation that is at the same time homely and complete. The prices are very affordable, especially for groups.

Limited indoor parking, you can park on the street without problem, very quiet area. If you go with a trailer, although there are solutions for this, we recommend that you first go to the circuit to leave it.

REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Repsol de Alcañiz service station, on the N-232, about 11 kilometers from the circuit.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
