LAST INSTRUCTIONS

After a whole year, we finally return to Navarra! And as always when we do it, we are not only going to enjoy one of the most interesting tracks in Europe, but we are going to do it in a spectacular company, yours!

Trackday with advanced-expert level drivers from all over Europe, with up to 14 participants from Italy, list of vehicles that pleases the eye, dinner on Saturday, second trackday in Pau Arnos on Tuesday the 25th, what more could you ask for? Ah yes, it seems that once again, our gods are going to give us good weather.

Morning in two groups doing 30-minute stints, with about 23 cars per group, 4-hour afternoon on the open track and everyone going home, tired and smiling.

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to pass and give you the necessary information so that you can enjoy your experience to the fullest, please read everything carefully.

GUESTS

In the link below, you can register your guests, spectators, mechanics, second drivers and co-drivers. You have until Friday at 1:00 p.m. to do it.

Please, make sure to register everyone who accompanies you to the event to avoid access problems. You and your guests must be on the entry list of the track.

Remember that the price of the insurance for your co-drivers or second drivers is €20, and that once the guest registration period has passed (Friday at 1:00 p.m.) it will cost €30.

TIMETABLE

SATURDAY

On Saturday the 22nd, we will be at the Circuit from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. preparing things for the organization and receiving those who arrive and want to unload cars and/or settle in your box.

The hotels where almost all of us are staying are the Villa de Los Arcos, right at the gate of the circuit, and the B&B Logroño Las Cañas.

On the other hand, starting at 7:30 p.m. at Bodegas FyA we have the visit and wine tasting first and later at 9:00 p.m. the great dinner in which we will be more than 40 diners! If you have not done so yet, you can see the location menu and book at the following link:

WINE TASTING AND SATURDAY DINNER

We hope to spend one of those evenings in which good food and conversations about the topics that interest us so much are mixed, gasoline, curves, lines…

SUNDAY

On Sunday the 23rd, you will be able to access the circuit paddock from 07:30 and begin to settle in your boxes.

Then go to box 17 where the organization deske will be to accredit yourselves and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, bracelets, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

Once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event, the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING will be held, remember that you will NOT be able to access the track without having attended the briefing.

At 10:00 the track opens and we will start with a SHAKEDOWN of 15 minutes for each group, driving it will be under yellow flags and it will help everyone, but in particular so that those who do not know the circuit can ride at a moderate pace and get to the track or the car without the burden of being a hindrance to the others. the rest.

At 10:30 a.m. the morning session will begin with 30-minute stints divided into 2 groups, Sport and Strike, which will take us until 1:30 p.m., at which time theFast Series. So we will arrive at 2:00 p.m. when the track closes for lunch until 3:00 p.m., when we will also take the opportunity to do the PhotoRolling and the family photo.

Those of you who have not chosen the “Photograph Pack” option with registration, which includes this session and all your photos of the day for 30€, in addition to the Photo-Rolling, you have one last chance to acquire them HERE or when you do accreditations on Sunday morning, then if they are purchased on the web, they cost 7€ per photography.

At 3:00 p.m., we’ll get back to work with another 4 HOUR Open Pit session! That he will arrive until 7:00 p.m. when the event will end and pick up to go home very tired and with a big smile.

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE

If you have not contracted the photographic service, in the following button you have your last chance to do so. The Photo Pack for €30 with all your track photos, the price of which, as well as the co-driver/second driver insurance, from Friday at 1:00 p.m. goes from €30 to €40.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a large margin over the total occupancy authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 35 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem you will we will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

RESTAURANT

To have a sandwich during the morning and eat at midday, you will have a restaurant service on the top floor of the pit building.

Coffee, sandwiches, pasta and a menu from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., ATTENTION BECAUSE THE MENUS AVAILABLE ARE LIMITED, if you are going to want a menu, let us know now.

REFUELING

In the track paddock there is a fuel pump in which the 98 goes to more or less €1.78.

The closest gas station to the circuit is theEstación de Servicio Villa de los Arcoswhich is right at the entrance of the circuit!

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
