LAST INSTRUCTIONS

We start the year after the Christmas break, we return to Parcmotor and we do it with an event that promises a lot, because we can assure you that the 40 of us who will be there this Sunday, together and separately, are the best company you can expect in a circuit.

Drivers full of respect, competitiveness, camaraderie and passion for what we do and if that were not enough, a succulent collection of cars of all years and sizes, but all extraordinarily valuable for those who, like us, see pleasure and satisfaction in them. to drive them.

Day with 40 participants, therefore and as you can see in the attached schedule, morning in groups and afternoon open track. We really hope and believe that this will be the case, that you will have fun as ever, or speaking of Trackrat, as always?

Next, we will describe how the day is scheduled to go and give you the necessary information so that you can enjoy your experience to the fullest. Please read everything carefully before asking us any questions.

GUESTS

Remember that in order for us to enjoy our day with all the tranquility and privacy we deserve, the event will take place behind closed doors, and anyone who is not on the entry list will not be allowed access to the circuit grounds.

If you have not done it yet, in the link below, you can register second drivers and co-drivers, mechanics and guests. You have until tonight at 21:00 to do so. In the case of co-drivers and second riders, the insurance price increases from 20€ to 30€ from that hour or once at the circuit.

REGISTER GUESTS

Attention VERY IMPORTANT, anyone who wants to access the track in a vehicle must have been accredited at the organization table where the compulsory insurance will be made, they will be given the bracelet that certifies it and must wear a helmet. Helmets will be available for rent at the organization’s box, but be sure to reserve them in advance to ensure availability.

Make sure once you are going to enter the track that the driver and co-driver are wearingthe bracelet, otherwise the marshals will not let the vehicle access the track with the disturbance that this can represent for you and other participants.

REMEMBER THAT THE HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE, A MOTORCYCLE ONE IS ALLOWED!

THE SOUND LIMIT FOR CARS IS 95DB AT 3,000RPMS AND THE TRACK IS CARRYING OUT SOUND CONTROLS BEFORE ACCESSING THE TRACK!

TIMETABLE

SATURDAY

On Saturday we are not scheduled to be at the circuit to receive participants, but there is the possibility to pay for a boarding fee and the circuit will allow you to leave your vehicles or trailers in your assigned box or in the Paddock 2 shed so that you can leave your vehicles or trailers there.

SUNDAY

TRACK ARRIVAL

On Sunday, you will be able to access the circuit paddock starting at 08:00 and those of you assigned one will begin to settle in the pits or in the corresponding paddock area for the rest of you.

Then go to box 3 where the organization table will be to accredit yourself and your co-drivers, mechanics and companions and receive all the documentation, wristbands, vehicle identification stickers, timing, etc. The organization box will be easy to recognize by the banners and because it is the last one on the left.

A compressor and mechanical assistance are available in the adjacent box – assistance, not miracles!

BRIEFING

once accredited, and at the time indicated in the general schedule of the event will be held the MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING, remember that you can NOT access the track without having attended the briefing.

TRACK OPENING

As of the opening of the track, we will begin with a 15-minute session as a shackedown so that those who do not know this circuit can explore it calmly.

Next is Photo Rolling, with which you will have those incredible images on the track.

And the big moment arrives with the action beginning on the track. As indicated in the schedule, we will start with 30 minute runs in groups organized by time/performance. Sport group is the most moderate pace group and Strike group is the fastest. So throughout the morning, 3 runs for Strike and 3 for Sport.

At 13:30 To finish the morning session and so that those of you who love to set good lap times have the opportunity to ride at the limit, we will celebrate our already well-known
Fast Series
which will be of 15 minutes.

We will end the day with 4 hours of open slopes to return home completely satisfied with the slopes.

As well as the co-pilot/second pilot insurance , from today at 21:00 the price increases from 50€ to 70€ respectively.

GROUPS

The track groups are organized to improve the experience of the participants as much as possible, trying to ensure that the rhythm is even in each one.

As in Trackrat we always go with a lot of margin over the total occupation authorized by the circuit, which in this case would be 30 cars, if for whatever reason you do not think you are located in the group that corresponds to you, let us know and without any problem we will We will change the one that best suits you.

BOXES

As usual in our events, the participants in the Full day session, and those who have a Trackrat Master membership, have a place in the box included with the registration until availability lasts.

If you do not have a box, but you have materials in the car that can bother you while you are on the track, you can leave them safely in the organization’s box.

REFUELING

The closest gas station to the circuit is the Area del Bruc (Repsol), on the A2 about 7 kilometers coming from Martorell.

TRACKRAT SERVICE

In the organization box you will have available helmets for rent, license plate covers, pressure gauges and other items from the TRACKRAT STORE, such as our Trackrat Petrolwear line t-shirts. And in the adjoining box you will have a compressor and mechanical assistance. Assistance, not miracles!
